Return Policy

Due to the constant market fluctuations, we do not accept returns on TCG singles. If you are unhappy with the condition of any card in your order, please contact us at sales@gauntletgamesvictoria.ca

You may return sealed products sold by Gauntlet Games with receipt within 30 days of delivery/pick up for a full refund. Returned items must be in the same condition as purchased. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item).

All Clearance Items are final sale and not returnable.

All special orders are final sale and not returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days following their successful payment and shipped with Canada Post.

We are not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays once an order is shipped. All orders over $150 will include a tracking number. Orders under $150 may not include tracking.

Pre-Order and Special Order Policies

All Pre-Ordered products will be held for two weeks after the initial release of the product.  Any Pre-Orders not claimed after 2 weeks will be cancelled and refunded via store credit if necessary. 

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order outright or limit the quantity of part of an order at any time for any reason without prior notification. You will be immediately notified of the reasons as to why your order was canceled, and any payment you made will be refunded immediately. If for any reason your order is canceled and you have not received a refund for those canceled items, please email sales@gauntletgamesvictoria.ca.

Availability, Pricing, Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally our inventory is incorrect and we are out of stock of an item. We willl notify you through the email you provided as soon as the error is discovered. We will credit your store credit account for that balance immediately. The balance may be refunded to you through the payment method you used to pay us upon request.

Prices of out of stock items may be adjusted once that item is back in stock.

We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Store Credit 

Store credit may be used for any products and events offered by Gauntlet Games. Store credit cannot be converted into cash at any point in time.  

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your account and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with us or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.    

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these policies at any time.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, we ask that you please stop using our services.
